1. Terms
These terms describe how organizers, guests, venues, planners, agencies, and other permitted users may use EVENTY to create private event albums, share QR invites, add media, manage settings, buy or redeem event packs, and download event memories.
2. Agreement scope
By using EVENTY, creating an account, opening an invite, uploading event media, buying or redeeming an event pack, or using eventalbums.app, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Deletion page, and any store terms that apply to the mobile app.
3. Who may use EVENTY
EVENTY is for private, invite-based event albums. Organizers must be allowed to create the event and manage the album. Guests must use only the invite, code, QR, or app access they received for that event. Venues, planners, and agencies may provide event codes or setup help, but the person managing the album remains responsible for event content and settings.
4. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for event setup, QR and invite sharing, guest permissions, upload windows, review choices, role assignments, exports, retention settings, deletion decisions, and telling guests how the album will be used. Organizers should not publish private invite links in a way that turns an invite-only album into a public album.
5. Guest responsibilities
Guests should only upload photos or videos they have the right to share with the organizer and invited participants. Guests should not add media that is illegal, abusive, harassing, exploitative, non-consensual, misleading, infringing, unrelated to the event, or unsafe for minors.
6. Event packs and payments
EVENTY uses event-based packs that may include limits for guest count, media count, video support, retention time, QR materials, review tools, download features, and venue credit redemption. App purchases are digital purchases handled through Apple App Store or Google Play. Venue, planner, or agency codes may activate a pack for a specific event and may have their own commercial arrangement with EVENTY.
7. Refunds and store rules
Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, family sharing, purchase eligibility, and payment disputes for in-app purchases are governed by the applicable app store rules and local law. EVENTY may help diagnose entitlement issues, but store providers control many payment and refund flows.
8. Content rules
Do not attempt to access albums without permission, guess or scrape invite links, bypass security controls, overload the service, copy private galleries at scale, interfere with upload or download systems, distribute QR links deceptively, impersonate others, or use EVENTY for surveillance, harassment, spam, illegal content, public exposure, or rights infringement.
9. Service changes and availability
EVENTY may change features, limits, pricing, supported platforms, invite behavior, retention windows, or availability as the product evolves. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, network failures, abuse mitigation, or safety review. EVENTY may suspend or restrict access that appears abusive, unauthorized, harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these terms.
10. EVENTY and user content rights
You keep the rights you have in photos, videos, captions, support messages, and other content you provide. You grant EVENTY the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, moderate, secure, export, delete, and support that content according to event settings and product behavior. Organizers and guests are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the media they upload or invite others to upload.
11. Important legal limits
EVENTY provides the service as a private event album tool, not as permanent archival storage, legal compliance software, emergency communication, or a guaranteed backup service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, EVENTY is not responsible for indirect losses, lost memories caused by user error or expired retention, third-party platform rules, store decisions, provider outages, or content uploaded by organizers or guests.
12. Contact
This page is written for the current EVENTY product model and public website scope. For legal, privacy, security, deletion, or abuse requests, email EVENTY with the event title, invite code when available, the account email or guest display name used in the flow, and enough detail for the team to find the right album.
