1. App User Agreement
This App User Agreement applies when you use the EVENTY iOS or Android app, sign in, create or manage an event, join as a guest, upload media, buy or redeem an event pack, or open an app link from eventalbums.app.
2. Acceptance and app stores
By installing, opening, signing in to, or using the EVENTY app, you agree to this App User Agreement, the Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Deletion page, and the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your device. If a store-provided end user license agreement applies, it applies only where it does not conflict with EVENTY's product terms and applicable law.
3. Account and sign-in
You are responsible for the account, email, magic-link, one-time-code, Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, or other authentication method used to access EVENTY. Keep access to your email and device secure. EVENTY may invalidate sessions, refresh tokens, invite sessions, or app links when needed for security, logout, account recovery, abuse prevention, or product changes.
4. Organizer use
Organizers use the app to create events, select packs, configure QR and invite behavior, manage upload windows, assign roles, review media, download exports, control retention, redeem venue credits, and handle deletion decisions. Organizers must have authority to run the event and must explain album use, privacy expectations, and consent needs to guests.
5. Guest use
Guests may join through the app or an invite-only browser page when enabled by the organizer. Guests must use only invitations intended for them or their event and should upload only media they are allowed to share with the organizer and invited participants.
6. Event media license
You keep ownership of your content. You give EVENTY a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, transmit, display, moderate, export, support, and delete event media as needed to operate the private album, apply event settings, provide downloads, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Purchases, refunds, and entitlements
Event packs, add-ons, and digital benefits may be purchased in the app through Apple App Store or Google Play. Store rules control purchase authorization, taxes, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and some entitlement behavior. EVENTY may use RevenueCat or a similar service to read purchase status and unlock the correct event access.
8. Venue credits and sponsored packs
Venues, planners, agencies, or partners may provide sponsored event codes or credits. A code usually applies to one customer-managed event and does not make the venue the owner of the album unless the product role settings say so. Codes may expire, be limited, or be revoked if misused.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not reverse engineer the app, bypass invite or role checks, interfere with security controls, scrape albums, automate abusive uploads, upload illegal or non-consensual content, impersonate another person, misuse minors' media, or use EVENTY in a way that harms guests, organizers, venues, EVENTY, or third parties.
10. Retention, downloads, and deletion
EVENTY is not permanent archival storage. Retention, export windows, signed download links, album visibility, and deletion behavior depend on the event pack, organizer settings, product limits, safety review, and backup behavior. Download important memories before retention ends. Deletion requests are handled through the Data Deletion page and support flow.
11. Suspension, termination, and contact
EVENTY may suspend, restrict, or terminate app access, event access, invite links, uploads, downloads, or account sessions when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, enforce product limits, or maintain service reliability. For app agreement, privacy, deletion, billing entitlement, or abuse questions, contact duvariangames@gmail.com with the event and account context.
12. Contact
This page is written for the current EVENTY product model and public website scope. For legal, privacy, security, deletion, or abuse requests, email EVENTY with the event title, invite code when available, the account email or guest display name used in the flow, and enough detail for the team to find the right album.
