Venue, planner, and agency help includes event-code sets, customer instructions, staff-ready QR materials, repeat event setup, and questions about how customers redeem sponsored event packs in the mobile app.
5. Billing entitlement help
Billing entitlement help includes missing purchase access, restored purchases, venue code redemption issues, and store receipt problems. Refund and chargeback decisions for in-app purchases may need to be handled through Apple App Store or Google Play support.
