1. Data deletion
Guests can request removal of their uploaded media, and organizers can delete accounts or expire events according to the selected event pack, retention window, safety review, and legal limits.
2. What can be deleted
Deletion requests may cover an app account, organizer profile information, event album, uploaded photo or video, guest display name, invite session, support message, or operational record where deletion is technically and legally available. Some security, receipt, fraud-prevention, tax, or abuse records may need to be retained for a limited period.
3. Account deletion
To request app account deletion, use Account > Delete account in the mobile app. The request may complete immediately when no blocker exists or enter pending review for event ownership, billing, security, fraud, or event-integrity checks. If the in-app flow is unavailable, this web page is the account-deletion request resource: email support with the product reference, device platform, and deletion scope, and support will provide a separate verification step when needed. Do not send credentials, raw invites, private media, full receipts, or card data. Deleting an EVENTY account can remove access to events, roles, downloads, and support history but does not reverse or refund a completed event-pack purchase.
4. Guest removal
While an invite-only browser session remains valid, a guest can delete their own completed upload using the delete control shown for that item. If the control or session is unavailable, request removal with the product support reference, approximate event and upload time, platform, and a short item description. Do not attach the private media or send the raw invite. EVENTY may use a separate safe step to confirm the request belongs to the event and does not conflict with an abuse, safety, or another person's rights review.
5. Organizer deletion
Organizer deletion requests apply to the event album they manage and may remove, expire, or make unavailable private event media according to retention settings, backup behavior, product limits, store entitlement records, and applicable law. Other participants may lose access to the event when an organizer deletes or expires it.
6. Retention windows
Event packs may keep media for different lengths of time. Upload windows, album visibility, exports, signed download links, and expiry behavior may depend on event settings. When retention ends, EVENTY may remove or make unavailable private event media according to product and backup processes.
7. Verification and conflicts
EVENTY reviews deletion requests for identity, organizer authority, event access, retention status, safety, fraud, store entitlement, and abuse-report conflicts before taking action. Deleted or expired content may not be recoverable after storage and backup processes complete.
8. How to request
Send requests with the product support reference when available, approximate event date, device platform, and a concise description of the data you want deleted. Never send raw invite links or codes, credentials, private media, full payment receipts, or card data. EVENTY may ask for additional verification through a separate safe step before acting.
9. Contact
For legal, privacy, security, deletion, or abuse requests, use the support reference shown in the product when available and include only the minimum event date, device platform, and issue summary needed to route the request. Never email raw invite links or codes, credentials, private media, full payment receipts, or card data.
