1. Privacy
EVENTY provides private QR event albums for weddings, parties, venues, planners, agencies, and other invite-based events. Organizers create and manage albums in the mobile app; guests add photos or videos through the app or an invite-only browser page when the event allows it.
2. Scope and controller contact
This notice covers the EVENTY mobile apps, eventalbums.app public pages, invite routing, invite-only guest upload pages, support, and related backend services. EVENTY support is reachable at duvariangames@gmail.com for privacy, deletion, security, legal, and abuse requests; the product may ask for event context before acting on a request.
3. Information we collect
EVENTY collects information needed to create and run private albums: organizer account identifiers and sign-in data, event title, date and location when provided, selected event pack, QR and invite settings, role permissions, guest display names, uploaded photos and videos, upload metadata, device and network signals needed for reliability, purchase entitlement status, venue or agency credit redemption data, support messages, abuse reports, security logs, and operational records. Photos may contain metadata from the device or browser; EVENTY minimizes location and EXIF exposure where feasible for the current upload path.
4. How EVENTY uses it
EVENTY uses this information to open the correct invite, authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, process uploads, show progress, protect private albums, apply organizer settings, support review, prepare exports and short-lived downloads, manage event pack access, apply retention and deletion settings, answer support requests, prevent fraud or abuse, debug reliability, and maintain security audit trails.
5. Private album access
Event media is meant for the private event album, not for an open social feed or public album directory. People with a valid QR code, invite link, app session, or approved event role may access album features only according to organizer settings and product permissions. EVENTY does not sell private event media and does not use uploaded event media for third-party advertising targeting.
6. Cookies, analytics, and diagnostics
The public website may use essential cookies or equivalent storage for language, invite, security, and session behavior. EVENTY may use analytics and diagnostics to understand aggregate product reliability, crashes, upload failures, and website quality. Analytics must not intentionally include raw invite tokens, private photo contents, payment card numbers, or sensitive event media.
7. Payments, stores, and venue credits
Organizers manage event creation, package access, payment status, people, review, downloads, and album retention in the mobile app. App purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play rules, and EVENTY does not receive full payment card numbers from those stores. RevenueCat or a similar entitlement provider may be used to confirm purchase status. Venue, planner, or agency codes may activate an event pack for a customer-managed album.
8. Service providers and international processing
EVENTY may use infrastructure, storage, authentication, database, analytics, support, error monitoring, payment entitlement, email, and security providers to operate the website, app, invite routing, uploads, storage, logging, and customer support. Current product architecture may include Supabase, Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2, Firebase Cloud Messaging, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, app store providers, and support or email tools. Providers are used to run the service and are not permitted to use private event media for their own advertising.
9. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the selected event pack, event settings, deletion requests, safety review, legal obligations, and backup behavior. Free and paid packs may have different media and retention limits; event media is not permanent archival storage. Guests can ask EVENTY to remove media they uploaded, and organizers can delete or expire albums they manage within product and legal limits. Deleted or expired content may not be recoverable once storage and backup processes complete.
10. Children and event guests
EVENTY is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed for unsupervised child accounts. Events may include minors in photos or videos; organizers are responsible for obtaining any required guest, parent, guardian, venue, or participant permissions before inviting uploads or sharing QR materials. Contact EVENTY if an event contains a child privacy or safety concern.
11. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. Send requests to duvariangames@gmail.com with the event context and the email or display name used. EVENTY may need to verify organizer authority, guest identity, event access, store entitlement, and abuse-report conflicts before acting.
12. Contact
This page is written for the current EVENTY product model and public website scope. For legal, privacy, security, deletion, or abuse requests, email EVENTY with the event title, invite code when available, the account email or guest display name used in the flow, and enough detail for the team to find the right album.
