Guests can add photos from the browser. Organizers manage events, payments, roles, downloads, and privacy controls in the app.
2. Guest help
Guest help includes expired or revoked invite links, browser upload failures, app-required events, remove-my-photo requests, and questions about whether an event album is private.
3. Organizer help
Organizers create events, prepare QR materials, manage people, review uploads, request downloads, and extend retention from the mobile app.
4. Contact
For legal, privacy, security, deletion, or abuse requests, use the support reference shown in the product when available and include only the minimum event date, device platform, and issue summary needed to route the request. Never email raw invite links or codes, credentials, private media, full payment receipts, or card data.
